I bought Siemens washing machine from Bismi Cochin., They told me they have good service. Some plastic component degraded and not working now. I called the service but they could not attend even after 2 weeks. The Siemens Cochin Service told me by phone they will charge Rs 800 for a single visit . I said Ok but no response even after two weeks.
Advice: Don;t buy Siemens washing machine .
