Siemens is a very good electric company.
I have a siemens MCB fit in my house in mumbai which works very well since so many years of usage. From Around 35 years of usage there is not any kind of problem . No power fluctuation, damage , prevention, loss or any kind of worry . It is totally safe and secure. It is one of the best company .I do not know if it is a german registered company or what. But I would recomend in the top of the choice because of it is reliable , very very good build quality, sustainability, pre installed in homes , flats , The Siemens MCB protects the entire house very well from power fluctuations, wear and tear, high voltage of electricity, cables and wires for longer backup , the Siemens MCB also protects the inverter of the house making it a very nice product.
