We purchased this refrigerator last year during Diwali from Vijay Sales. It has been 10 months since we own the fridge and we have called a Siemens service representative thrice in 10 months for a repair of some part or the other!
The nose for water dispenser always leaked, and the plumber recommended it to be changed. When I first called at the Siemens service center, they told me that it wasn’t their problem, and later said that they will send the technician with a new part, but the service rep didn’t turn up for at least two weeks.
3 months back, we had a problem with the ice dispenser. It strangely stopped working and later we found ice forming up at the back of the fridge. We called the service center guy again and he though he fixed it for us, we are completely irritated by this fridge. In 10 months, we have changed gthe dispenser, ice panel, two shelves and one display panel. Do not buy this fridge at all!
