I purchased Siemens Dishwasher SN25L880EU 2 weeks back. It was delivered the same day. The packing was looking fancy but very very flimsy. I opened the packing myself (out of eagerness). To my disappointment I found two dents on right panel. I called the store. They sent a technician for demo. He acknowledged the dent and explained me the procedure to replace the machine. I did as instructed but it took 10 days to replace it. The second one arrived after several follow ups.
When 2nd one arrived I didnt open it and waited for the technician to come and open in front of me. Technician arrived promptly the very next day. When he opened the packing, I found it has got two dents, one at right and left side. He also repeated the steps like previous technician. Now this week has several holidays so Im expecting more delay in receiving another replacement.
To my utter disappointment, Im not supposed to use the machine while awaiting for replacement. Now after spending almost 50 grands, Im undergoing this torture. Its painful to write such review for a company like Siemens. But two consecutive machines having the almost identical problem leaves me with extremely bitter taste.
Im not sure how will be the performance of the product once it starts working. Keeping my finger crossed.
After so much of research when we finalize a product we are sure that well not go back to any other product because if any alternative was better then we would have selected that earlier.
Dont take it as negative feedback about the product. Its a negative feedback for the process of the company. Ill get back once I get to test the machine.
