I have a washing machine bought approx. 4 years before and we are a very gentle user. Lately I have been seeing the problems and every problem ends at approx. cost of 2000. Last year Rs 600 visit charge followed by replacement of component of 2200. Just now, 700 visit charge please a 1000 component change and next day again machine down and the man asking to replace another valve costing 1900. I bought a German product for a quality and this is crap with exorbitant maintenance cost attached. I need some help otherwise I am not going to continue as I started feeling to get back to my old videocon local semi-automatic which I gave away as gift after 15 years of trouble free usage. And yes, it was washing clothes better than what your products do.
First of all, this is not that tough German product. It required frequent repair. Repair is costly and parts are imported. Total repair cost in 4 years can buy you a new machine. Simple, Avoid and stick to local brand or korean one.
