Siemens service sucks...

I have been a loyal Siemens appliances customer for the last 5 years. However, the last 3 – 4 weeks of harrowing service from the call center and local services desk and absolute lack of responsibility and accountability leave me dis-heartened. (Complaint number: 470347762 Date: 17Aug13).


I have had problem with my Siemens tumble dryer. The engineer visited my house and said that the dryer will get picked up next day for repairs which cant be done at home and took Rs 750 for telling this. And for more than last 3 weeks I have been calling up the call center, nobody has a clue! All they promise me is that they have escalated to the concerned branch. And each time there is a promise of one more escalation and promise to call me back with an update (and surely the call never comes!)! There is no better response from them. They surely do have all my main contact no and my alternate contact no. and my address and all the works! Complaint number: 470347762 Date: 17Aug13
