My washing machine stopped working in October 2016. Immediately I registered a complaint(Job# 0473484662). As of now the issue has not been fixed.
Service technicians visited from Gaggenau Service Team. They said lock has to be replaced. Another person visited after a month to replace the lock. When that did not solve the issue. He said motherboard needs to be changed. Three months has passed. Whenever we follow-up, they say that the part has not yet arrived.
Feeling totally frustrated as I do not see any hope of it working soon.
