Bought the Siemens washing machine for my parents thinking it would be good and also I was working for Siemens information systems, Bangalore.
Every year, it breaks and their would be some board issue(replace), drum issue(replace) and their horrible customer service.
Sad to say that their customer service is horrible.
Recently means 5 months back the machine stopped working and called, calling and may be need to call them again infinite times to get the service.
Three months back their cheater service engineer visited and replaced the some old board and collected 6k. It ran for only one day. And again no updates and no body visiting.
Even though I am ready to pay for the new service. My request is falling on dumb ears.
Whenever I call the customer service they say they escalate, personally monitor and it never happened.
If you have really patients and want to wash your cloths for 6 months and no issues in paying for their corrupt service engineers, Then go ahead and enjoy their freeky service.
With my personal experience, don’t buy any Siemens and Bosch machines, both of them owned by Bosch and customer service sucks. And finally its upto you to experiment
