Its just over 2 years since I bought this Siemens A0716 washing machine, today, it stopped working.
The Siemens authorized VSC service center in bangalore picked up my machine for check up, ended up stating that inlet valve has to be replaced, PCB board re-conditioning required and the bill Rs. 2500.
This is 10% of the machine cost to me and I can’t imagine a machine going kaput in just a couple of years. Having paid INR 25000, Siemens has proved incompetent and highly disappointing to me.
After sales service is so deficient and wanting about which I never knew at the time of buying and no company mechanic available in such a big metro such as Bangalore.
I regret to have made the decision of buying this Siemens washing machine in the absence servicing. I had my relative buy an LG automatic front loader washing machine about the same time I purchased my Siemens and believe LG still is going good. Besides providing better features compared to this now degenerated German Siemens.
