Had an issue with the washing machine, called the Siemens technician, he put a damaged drum charged me 14, 000 and left. After making multiple calls to the technician and the customer care. Siemens completely denied that they sent a technician. Have the bill and call records but they conveniently denied that the technician is theirs! Horrible service. Would not recommend anybody to but Siemens products
