This is a letter I am sending to sify as well as mouthshut..read on


dear sir/s


you have NO clue how frustrating this broadband


client of urs has made my life. I am so mad right now I


could just throw this monitor out of the building right


now. but I cant afford to buy another one.


After paying 615 a month a person would expect


unrestricted uninterrupted connectivity at the average


speed. (7-8 kbps in my case)


you wanted to fu*k up our lives by introducing the broadband client for logging in and out


well . this is how the client has


behaved so far on my computer...


1) client logs me in , but no websites open...a day goes by.


2) client logs me in but after surfing I cannot logoff. attempting to reconnect prompts error saying im already logged on . another day goes by.


and imagine the plight of some customer who has an hourly


package???? whats he supposed to do if you r sh*t software


doesnt log him off and is ticking constantly?


3) the sh*t antivirus u are tagging along with the


broadband client DOES NOT UPDATE> what the hell is wrong


with you guys??


WHOM ARE YOU TRYING TO PLEASE BY FORCING PAYING CUSTOMERS


TO USE THE DAMNED PIECE OF CRAP?


4) Do you think you are compenent enough to decide what is good for my system or other customers for that matter??


.. Help the customers when they need help(which you are absolutely not capable of and interested in doing. Dont claim you are doing this to PROTECT CUSTOMERS INTERESTS. Do you mean to say that the sh*t piece of software you are forcing us to use is better than all the NORTON & AVG & PANDA or other antiviruses people might be using?


DO YOU MORONS KNOW THAT ABROAD YOU CAN GET SUED IF YOU


FIDDLE WITH ANY SOFTWARE OTHER THAN YOUR OWN ON A


CUSTOMERS COMPUTER??


And here you are instructing customers how to uninstall their existing antiviruses.


5) YOU have not checked the CLIENT for bus before sending them to wreck peoples computers.


I CAN ASSURE U THINGS WERE GOOD WITHOUT THE FG CLIENT....NOW THE CLIENT IS FG OUR SYSTEMS AND OUR BRAINS TOO.


6) You knew there was going to be tremendous call flow in your callcentre once the CLIENT was installed, and you change the # to your callcentre without informing a dog about it . What have you given us 100MB mail spaces for ??You could have dropped a mail regarding the # change . Forget excellent customer service ...you guys dont have basic civic sense.


7)I’ve had to reinstall my Operating System thrice.


Win98 n 2k dont have a fire wall.I dont wanna use yours.. Win XP has one and I have been using that without any antivirus for the past three days cos I paid you for the internet and I cant use it otherwise.


I SWEAR I WILL DUMP THIS CONNECTION BY THE NEXT MONTH AND


SO WILL THREE OF MY FRIENDS. THATS A COLLECTIVE LOSS OF


615X4 RUPEES A MONTH FOR YOU HIHI. YOU DESERVE IT.


WE ALREADY HAVE BEEN ASSURED A DISCOUNT BY THE LOCAL


INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER SINCE WE ARE MOVING TOGETHER.


8) RIGHT NOW THE CLIENT LOGS ME IN ALRIGHT, BUT I CANT VIEW


WEBSITES. NETWORK STATUS SHOWS DATA BEING SENT BUT NOT


RECEIVED. NOW IT WILL BE SO TILL MORNING. TILL I CALL U UP


AND SCARE THE SH*T OUT OR SOME MORONS WITH A BAD ACCENT AT


UR CALL CENTRE.


SIFY IS MANAGED BY SOME REAL PSYCHOS WHO THINK THEY ARE


THE REMENANTS OF NAZI PARTY OR SOMETHING.COS THEY THINK


THE CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE TO OBEY TO WATEVER SH*T DECISIONS


THEY MAKE . LIK THIS BROADBANG CLIENT.


THIS MAIL IS NOT JUST TO YOU. ITS ALSO TO A FORUM WHICH


LOADS OF PEOPLE READ TO MAKE AN OPINION ABOUT A PRODUCT OR


SERVICE THEY WANNA BUY.


AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED ...I AM FED UP WITH UR TACTICS. I


HOPE AND PRAY SIFY SHUTS SHOP REAL SOON DUE OT LACK OF


CUSTOMERS, COS THE MANAGERS AND MARKETING TEAM KNOWS ONLY


TO BULLSH*T IN THE AIR AND NOTHING MORE.


YOU ALL ARE JUST A BUNCH OF LOSERS, DOING A SH*T JOB OUT


THERE AND MAKING SHT MONEY FOR UR SHITY SELVES AND NOT


GIVING A STINKING PIECE OF SH*T ABOUT HOW THE CUSTOMER


FEELS ABOUT THE SHT THEY ARE SOLD IN THE GUISE OF SHT


INTERNET SERVICES AND SPEEDS. YOU ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF.


ONE ADVICE THOUGH ...JUST GIVE US THE OLD LOGIN PAGE BACK


AND TRUST ME THINGS WILL BE JUST FINE. DONT BE OVER


PROTECTIVE NOW AND BUNDLE UP BUMMER SOFTWARE THAT GOD


ALONE KNOWS WHERE YOU PICKED UP FROM.
