Guyzz! everything is so bad about this ISP that I really don’t need to give any particular specification.
All I would say is even if it is the last ISP left on this earth then pls do not go for it.
I really had some bad experiences with this ISP right from the beginning till the end and its still ongoing,
Their bad service and unprofessional attitude has forced me to write this review for you all so that nobody else has to go thru all this pain.
First of all no matter what plan you opt for you will have speed issues and on top of it, at night when the internet is really required these ISP believes in providing zero speed and you will have to wait till the next day to get a decent amount of speed.
Any calls locked in the customer care is not answered till the next day and that too after several followups.
The local engineer team is so incompetent to resolve the speed or any other issues permanently. Issue are always perputuating.
After getting fedup I finally decided to disconnect the service and guess what it is now more than 1.5 months that the refundable amount initially deposited is still to be refunded back.
I can’t post the number of mails and their followups here which I have written to them for the same and whats more shocking are their replies which are automated which always says we will get back to you in 24 hrs. I guess they forgot suffix couple of zeroes in 24.
In short, even it is the last ISP left on this earth just don’t go for it. They are truly not meant for giving any business.
