I am a subscriber to SIFY broad band 9 to 9 128 kbps unlimited plan. This plan allows unlimited download and connectivity between 9 Pm and 9 AM.
The only thing SIFY maintains is the timings. I have been complaining about disconnections every now and then and what they have done till today is sent some cable operator who knows nothing but ping. The trouble shooter shows Checking users computer OK, Checking local cable network OK and Checking connectivity to SIFY server OK. But no data available. I also tried connecting in Linux. But the same no data flow. But one thing is confirmed, the local cable operator is doing his job nicely.
I think I should call it a day with SIFY.
If some one from SIFY reads this they can take it as a complaint. Because their helpline number is useless. They take number from you but never call back. That is 24x7 service.
