I used to have Sify Connection and I used the Connection for one year and faced the following Problems.
1) Getting disconnection and always taking more than 3 days for getting connected
2) Service Centre Response is bad
3) Service Persons are not much equipped with Instruments and take more time to restore the Connections
4) The service are short tempered and not turn up for Service
The Plans are not proper and we used to lose amount as well as period if there is more browsing
Hence we have discontinued the service and taken BSNL Broadband . Hence all public are requested to think twice before opting the Sify Connection.Even if u ot for the service take unlimited plan and do not take other plans. You will be having only 15 days functioning of 30 days and you will lose around 30-40% of your subscription.
People who are opting for the Connection should go for unlimited download limit
The owners of Sify Should review the service and corrective actions to have a good approval by the Public.
