We took unlimited broadband service from the sify broadband. We dont have the internet connection for over 15 days in this month. Can you imagine such service? I called them many many times to complain about this problem. They tells me that it takes 12 hours to fix it. I told them that I dont want to spend my money on telephone bills to call sify customer care.
I know that by calling I am wasting my money on telephone bills and I wont get proper response from them. I waited for so many such 12 hours. When I asked the customer care rep that I need to speak to a manager, they tells me that their manager is busy and they can get back to me in about 30 minutes. Even though I requested them that I need to speak to the managers many many times, I never received calls from sify managers. This tells how much they care about customers. I decided to move away from sify broadband.
I can imagine how they can make money if they provide such pathetic service to the customers.
I will never come back to sify. I strongly advice people not to go with sify.
