Sify Broadband Internet Connection

Worst service provider

We took unlimited broadband service from the sify broadband.  We don’t have the internet connection for over 15 days in this month.  Can you imagine such service?  I called them many many times to complain about this problem.  They tells me that it takes 12 hours to fix it.  I told them that I don’t want to spend my money on telephone bills to call sify customer care.


I know that by calling I am wasting my money on telephone bills and I won’t get proper response from them.  I waited for so many such 12 hours.  When I asked the customer care rep that I need to speak to a manager, they tells me that their manager is busy and they can get back to me in about 30 minutes.  Even though I requested them that I need to speak to the managers many many times, I never received calls from sify managers.  This tells how much they care about customers.  I decided to move away from sify broadband.


I can imagine how they can make money if they provide such pathetic service to the customers.


I will never come back to sify.  I strongly advice people not to go with sify.
