SIFY is pants!

First of all I pity all those who are enduring a SIFY connection or who in the past have had a SIFY connection. If you are cursing SIFY under your breath right now then believe you me I share your sentiments with all my heart as I had once almost inured myself to their pathetic services.


You know it is not so much about the tardy speed or the lame customer care support that they provide as much as it is about their really low level of network uptime. To top it all off they have allocated random areas to random third class MBA punters. Try calling them during a network outage and you will know what I mean. If they choose not to ignore your 15th phone call then you are in luck for that means that the next few minutes are going to be fun i.e. if you don’t mind a good ego massage! The best part is that they won’t stop even if you cry yourself hoarse begging them to send someone over to fix the problem. Now who does not like that! Your phone bill at the end of the month runs up higher than the broadband usage cost! Hey, happiness is not the only thing in this world!


In my humble opinion, if they are on some sort of a cost cutting spree then they should make their network sturdy and robust because then having a mediocre customer care dept wouldn’t really harm their reputation much as an ISP.


I switched to another ISP last year and the world is a much better place now! I don’t feel like killing people anymore. Woohoo!


To conclude, avoid SIFY if you can! Go ahead if you love deriving sadistic pleasure out of things!
