This is the recent email I have sent to the Sify Team, just read the email and you will know how do I rate this horrible service form sify.
I have taken a Sify Broadband connection which was installed by the local cable operator in Vashi since 45 days.
I have been able to access my broadband connection hardly for 15 days out of the 45 day period.
Whenever I try to login, the client displays the error always “could not connect to Sify Server” .
I have tried to complain to the local cable operator and to the Sify call centre but both in vain. Both put the blame each other.
This has been happening continuously for the past month.
I made a mistake of reneweing my connection.
Now I have applied a connection from IQARA broadband since Sify is unable to solve my problem, leave alone solving, they are not even attending the problem.
