Let me congratulate you for having created the worst broadband service ever in India.
I have been using your service for last 7-8 months and stupidly have always paid on time, but your consistency of not renewing my account for atleast 5-6 days after expiry beats me.
To top it all every month there are 5-6 days when the service is down, to get compensated for which you have to talk on the phone for atleast 15-20 minutes, do I need to do cost benefit analysis!!
Whenever I call for disruption or renewal PROBLEM, I am asked to speak to the local distributor, WHY have a customer care at all?
The best is yet to come, the SLAs for geeting the issue resolved is in working hours, so god save you if you file a complaint on Friday, for it will not be resolved by Wednesday, SLAs say 36 working hours $%^%&*....thank god & Sifys NON-Disruptive service that our lives dont run on broadband!!!!!!!
