No No!! Dont even think about going for Sify. I got vexed with the kind of support/maintenance this provider gives. As long as it runs, it gives good speeds. The day there’s fault, you have to cry loud until someone listens to you, wakes up and starts fixing it. When I used to give a complaint at the call center, the local guy used to come and ask me not to complain at the central call center.
And if I happen to call the local guy, he hardly responds and if at all he responds, he takes his own sweet time to come and fix it. The only thing which is to be appreciated is the speed which is consistent as long as the link is up and running. These guys need to improve a lot in maintaining their network, and more importantly to retain the existing customers. I finally switched to Airtel Broadband.
