The problem with sify is, they have huge customer base and have no strategy to control or handle all. I too have been facing this problem from quite some time now, and this have nothing to do with individual or corporate connection all have same thing in common Dead Slow Connection
The scene at sify cyber chains is no different, they have introduced pre paid membership for Rs.25 per/hour browsing, and if you don’t browse for an hour you can carry forward the balance when you visit next time (within 3 days) but PLEASE don’t be surprised if you see substantial deduction in your balance and the funniest part is it goes to negative figure too.
I was regular user of sify cyber cafe’s and didn’t really understand the problem fast and whenever I had any problems no one ever came with the true answer, instead they all told lies and never reverted back to me with any help.I had opted for the paid membership and my balance as of now is Rs.-30. ’’even GOD doesn’t know how???
My sincere suggestion to all you pals, be careful in choosing sify, and if didn’t find any problems, then you are the luckiest one
