I used SIfy connection for 1 year due to non availability of any other connection in my area, I have option to choose wireless also but SIFY is good company and think that service will be good . After 1 year , suffered most and think why I taken this stupid connection.
If you have problem u need wait for 1 week to min of 3 months to solve the connection problem.Similar If you ask the bill for you connection , then you need to wait more than 1 year because I raise several complaint request to send me the bill for renewal , Till now I did not got my Bill.You don’t have option to cancel or change package
I think , I am the person who raise most of the tickets in Sify , I am using some other connection for five months and has no problem , it going fine . I don’t want to mention the name here because I not advertise other company , but my intention nobody should suffer by using this product like me . because when I take this connection there is no review about sify chennai connection. At last, If you are in chennai don’t go for Sify better go for any other connection otherwise you are first person to write comments for me...
