Another instance of poor service and hidden costs.

We’ll give you the connection within 12 hours sir...  that was promised to me by the person who installed the wireless device at my home.. it took 3 days. The connection worked fine for few days then it started developing problems. well I complained to the persons who installed it and they repaired it.. it worded fine for 2 months and then I realized that they were charging me Rs 999 for a plan which I was available online for  Rs 606 only. So I recharged online.. in the 3rd month. Obviously the person who had installed it stopped getting his extra charges. Well now my connection is showing limited connectivity. The people who installed it are telling me that I have to pay them maintenance charges (which are not fixed, he can charge me anyway that he wishes) and the company complain numbers are not working. Do I sue these guys? OR do I just change the internet service provider and suffer my losses. I am definitely not agreeing to this sort of blackmail...
