I am currently using the Sify broadband connection and Im really p*d o with the quality of service they provide.I dont have any other available broadband internet service provides in my area so I had to stick to Sify. Almost 10 days in a month I get the error messages connecting to the Sify server, and it takes almost 2 to 3 days to resolve the issue after calling the unresponsive Customer care for numerous times. I hate the IVRS system they have adopted which is not at all user friendly. Lot many times no one attend the call even.
I believe Airtel is much better when it comes to service quality and customer support they provide but Sify still has to go a long way to attain that level.
I would suggest everyone not to go for Sify if you have any other broadband connection available in your area meanwhile I pray to God to please start the Wimax soon..
