Disconnected and got the relif

Hi,


I use sify for more than 6 month.


I had a very bad exp. with sify. When ever u need to check the mails or do some transaction their is no connection. I 6 months I had registered the complaint for around 20 times (3 calls each time ) with the customer care(less!!!!). Only after shouting at them very badly I got the connection restored.


One thing sify had taught, How to deal with the customer care ( u should be very rude with them ). If u try to talk them very politely then u will be kicked from one place o another like a foot ball.


The anti virus they provide is horible. It hardly detect any virus. and updating that virus u should be very lucky for that.they dont allow any other anti virus to install.


Due to sify I had to format my HDD thrice.


I beg you all "PLEASE DONT GO FOR SIFY EVEN THOUGH U NEED TO GO TO INTERNET CAFE"


its USELESS service provider and customer care is CARELESS and the local tech team is NONSENSE.


I will recomend sify in only one case. if u dont have any pains in life but u want some to be there.


I finally able to got rid of the sify and PAINS in my life
