I got this Sify Bbroadband of 795 6 months ago as 100 rs is charged by cable operator.I really tell u sify are really blood suckers.
Every month net is not working for 10 or 12 days and it many even range to 15 days a month some time..every time u call customer care it is said they will call back but nothing is done for it..though the problems are very simple.U keep on calling cable operator he would not listen.
In a month a average call of phone calls made to customer care and acessing the net from outside is rs 600 I think.This connection is just rubbish.I think sify is fooling people. If all the people who are distrusted by this service should file a case in consumer forum to get the money of 3500 back.
All this makes one feel cheated, which is very upsetting.

These people from sify atually fool people. It is the same every time at customer care u get same sort of answer. I think if you are opting for this sify connection it wud be very unfortunate if u face some connectivity problem.as customer care is very very slow. The basic thing is that when u pay 3500 as non refundable deposit u cant opt for anything else. As if any service provider customer care keeps u hanged up till such a great time say for a simple problem they hang you for 3 days it is really very very upsetting. Unless and until I think some legal suits will be filed against them they would not listen.
