One of the worst things a reviewer or a critic do is start moaning in the public for one wrong life has done to him...as I read the reviews I can’t but help wondering if these guys writing the reviews do with their brain shut. They talk as if their entire life earnings have gone down the drain with one delay/injustice(whatever their perception) done to them.
I have been purchasing products online for quite a while now and except for one experience on e bay, I never had any problems whatsoever. Now compared to other online shopping sites from which I did experimental buying, both in terms of service and pricing, sify is ahead. I have bought some pricey products..i am talking of products in the five figure mark...this includes an ipod and a canon camera and everything came to me on time and in perfect condition...
Moreover sify, unlike e bay where you have to be in touch with the seller, provides customer care directly. What is more interesting is they have varied payment options within their website unlike rediff where you have to get in touch with the customer care to go for the demand draft option. What more you can even track your shipping via the website of the courier agents.
There are always going to be lacunae in any kind of shopping...but within the purview of my experience I would prefer sify to any other shopping sites though some products may be available cheaper elsewhere.
