I have worked at Sify till 2014.It’s a good environment for experienced professionals.Alot of starters are also learning alot of new things.Salary is good enough par with market value.They also have a campus and lots of games are played including table tennis, football etc.
Good to get exposure to all IT infrastructure.The location is also very convenient and centralized.The people there are very helpful.Office politics is minimal here compared to other organizational levels.Growth chart is is steady and quite steep.
