Living in Andour Heights is bad experience

I rented a 3BHK flat in Tower M(Flat No. M-087) for about 2.5 years.

Heres my honest feedback based on that experience:

Positives

1.Water Supply: I never faced any water issues, even during the peak summer months.

Negatives

1.Congested Layout: The flats are quite congested. Tower M has 8 flats per floor and 12 floors in total, served by only two liftsone of which is quite small.

2.No Legal Parking: This is an affordable housing society, and four-wheeler parking inside the premises is not permitted. If you still park inside and your vehicle is damaged, you wont be able to claim insurance.

3.Chaotic Parking Situation: Residents often park forcefully inside the compound, leading to triple-line parking at night. In case of an emergency, getting your car out can be extremely difficult.

4.Safety Concerns: The surrounding area isnt very secure. Cars parked outside are prone to theft(especially wheels), and the police are often reluctant to register FIRs since parking there is technically illegal. Local goons may also demand a HAFTA/fee(around ₹;50) from your car-cleaner which will be charged to you.

5.Poor Ventilation & Noise: You may occasionally experience kitchen fumes or hear flush noises from neighbouring flats due to the compact layout.

6.Unsuitable for Families: A large number of tenants are bachelors, making it less comfortable for families seeking a peaceful environment.
