We went for a vacation to Dhanaulty and decided to stay at Signature crest after talking to their mumbai headofficewe made an advance booking for two days stay. we were absolutely diasppointed by the place, service, rooms and quality of food. Above all it is not safe for women. the company fools people like us by making tall promises and charging full payment as advance.
We were told it is a service apartment with round the clock cook and caretaker. We reached to realise that the cook was missing Once you are there the same people don’t even take your calls. The cook is always missing and you will end up having maggi at the price of gourmet!( > the room tarrif I inclusive of breakfast, the menu boasts of juice/ lemonade etc etc but in reality only tea and aloo parathas are served that to limited quantity and you may find butter isf you are lucky. the staff is cheeky and rude and always cribbing about the employer.on the whole it was a very bad experience.
