Its been 2 months since I got this connection. My internet speed goes down every two days. Disconnections at least twice a day. Now let me tell you about the customer support.
So when u call them 3 out of 4 times they dont pickup your call. You give them whatsapp complaint. It gets seen but no reply. They say that the email response time is within 24 hours. Its been 5 days two emails no reply. I did a complaint through their app, its been 3 days, I still have the issue and the guy on the customer care call told me that its hasnt been closed yet.
So basically the worst service experience ever . Dont waste your money in this.
I have a 25 mbps plan and this is the speed I am getting.
