The first thing you notice about Sil foods is their names, innovative ones really.
The bottle is like any other chilly sauce bottle but the contents I must say were not as ’’Chillyful’’ as I expected them to be.
It was spicy but again not as spicy as some others I have tasted and enjoyed, If your’e the kind of person who goes for the slightly sweetish and spicy sauces, this is best for you.
I love it though as it can be eaten with nearly everything, even things you’d normally not eat chilly sauce with, like say chapattis and other such ethnic foods.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that chilly sauces have lots of vinegar to increase zing to the sauce but Sil does no such thing delivering chilly sauce just as you had ordered it.
Final verdict
Great to eat if you don’t mind just that little bit of sweetness
