Silent Spring by Rachel Carson is a non-fiction environmental classic generally touted as a revolutionary writing.
This book has its prime focus on the ill-effects of the chemical pesticides on all forms of life. The author asserted that the chemical pesticides not only render the land infertile for the future use, but can prove fatal to the humans in direct and indirect contact with the pesticides respectively.
