Had been to this place last weekend(13, 14 March 2010). Chose silent water retreat based on reviews here. Happened to be a very good choice. Really enjoyed food, stay! Reaching yelagiri from Bangalore is also easy. Reach jolarpettai in one of Chennai trains and take a bus(rs.7.50 ticket) right in front of station and head to Don bosco camp.1 hour journey. As Bangalore itself is hot now, we were little skeptical about going here. But to our surprise weather was very pleasant. Nights were chill even. There was camp fire in resort with nice music. Totally enjoyable! There are swings, Hammock! Hammock is my personal favorite. Didn’t feel like getting out of it!
