I had booked a cab about 3 days back. To visit some place within city limits, in Bangalore.
On the specific day, there was no sign of any cab.These people started to give nonsense excuses that the vehicle went to other customer and now is on the way.
I should had never relied on such un trustworthy service provider which doesn’t have any ethics to provide customer service and customer satisfaction.PLEASE AVOID SILICON CABS for any booking.It will ditch you on the required day.I learned a good lesson today.
