I booked a cab for an early pickup on 07/12/2014 for a 2 day trip to Dharmastala a week before considering the weekend.Silicon Cabs rep received the call and spoke pleasantly, he confirmed my booking and sent SMS sil2145 as confirmation number.
Problem started when I did not receive any driver details or call back from driver, started following with silicon cab call center early morning. To my strange they keep saying that their servers were down and unable to pull booking details, after multiple calls and raising voice they provided driver number to call.
Safe to say, driver never picked the call even after multiple calls and finally switched off his phone. Later call center people also stopped responding to my calls.I booked cab with TAXI for SURE and received cab within 30 mins with a good driver.
NEVER BOOK CAB WITH SILICON, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
