I had booked a cab with silicon cabs for 2:30 am the next day I was going to Nandi Hills.
1) The driver did not reach by 2:30 am. When I called the driver, it seemed he was sleeping. He said "I will start from my office now"(20 km from my place). He made a silly excuse for not having started by then.
2) He reached my place at 4:15 am. Blamed me for not telling the exact address. The address was confirmed three times with directions and landmarks to the driver and office- both. Of course we missed the sunrise view at Nandi Hills- the sole purpose of the trip.
3) The cab was booked for full day. We were done with our trip and returned by 12 noon. We asked the driver to wait for one hour so that we can have lunch and then he can drop us at our respective places. The driver started a fight and speaking in very harsh tone in Kannadda for a reason I still don’t know.
4) The driver was very impatient in this one hour and called me many times in between.
5) While booking, I had specifically asked the office to send a non ac vehicle. However, they sent an AC vehicle and the driver asked me to pay according to AC charges. Again, another argument. Of course, I did not pay.
6) For any issue, I had to talk to 3-4 different office people each time.
Not only will they spoil your plan, they would spoil your mood as well, by being rude. No coordination. No system. No professionalism. I have skipped my responses to the above situations to keep the review short:)
