They were very professional and polite while booking the cab, and at 6am on the day of my journey day I got a confirmation call and then 7am, they called saying tavera is broken down and I will have to go with Innova which was 1/km more than tavera!
What option I had, I said ok. Our pick up was at 8am, what time the cab came? 11.30am! They kept saying 10 mins more 10 mins more and kept us waiting. We went from Bangalore to Coorg first, and it took us 8.30 hours for a journey of maximum 5.30 hours! The driver was very chalu, so our first day was entirely spoilt and gone.! As Coorg closes at that time of night obviously.
Second day- We wanted to go to Dubare at 2pm, but the driver was like no, I will drop you at hotel. I mean he wanted us to like do nothing after 2pm as according to him to reach Dubare would take 2.5 hours.But the locals told it is just 1 hour way!.After a hell of fighting he agreed to come and we reached in 1 hour!
Third Day- We wanted to go to bandipur from Coorg and reach there by 12pm. It was a 4-5 hours route so we asked him to leave by 6.30am. He didn’t agreed, and said it will take minimum 6 hours as we can go to bandipur only after crossing mysore.Such a liar he was.! All the locals said no, there is a direct way. Finally after our hotel manager threatened him, he agreed to go
Return to Bangalore- He asked us for 1000 Rs Extra, as the cab was booked according to him for 5 days, but from our side we were very clear from start that we need it for 4 or 5 days, after lot of fighting, he giving us galis, and police threatening, our Bangalore hotel staff solved the issue. All this happened at 12 in the night!
This is just the top most complaints, the driver and Silicon cab staff was pathetic pathetic!
