This is regarding the Honda two wheeler and their service centers. Though Being the world renowned manufacturer, Honda as compromised the quality of their product in India. Their Bikes are not up to the mark and I experienced poor performance from the day one of purchase of the bike. I purchased the bike from Silicon Honda in RV road, Bangalore.
When I took the bike for delivery I found clogging issues(The bike does not move forward quickly and I had use the choke for the bike to move forward). I went back to the showroom and told them about the issue, these not so loyal service people just washed the bike and delivered it back. Issue was not resolved.
Again went back the next day and met the supervisor, he then checked and found that the Lean mixture was not set properly, which he fixed it.
However, as the days passed, I noticed that my bike was not performing up to the mark. The speed does not increase over 60 km and the engine gets too hot and strained. The bike struggles to pull when there are two people on it. Its a 150cc bike and it should not be struggling so much. I tried multiple Honda showrooms and nobody bothers to rectify this issue. Its been 3.5 Years now, still the issue is not fixed and sick of the bikes performance. I also have another Honda product, which is Dio, even this has performance issue. I sick of Honda and have decided never to buy a Honda product in the future. My previous Bikes, Pulsar, Victor has better performances. Honda authorized dealers are the worst people I have come across. Never but Honda products guys.
