I have received a phone call from bharti today morning. She explained me the meaning of connection and explained logs to me. After checking i find that mistake was our end. One person in our company has misconfigured the system which was causing consistent login every minute.
I agree that mistake was on our end.
I also extend my apologies for using abusive language and promise i will never use the same again irrespective of the situation.

-they give you false information.
-they dont give any escalation matrix.
-they also charged me double the money and then after month long ordeal - they said sorry -but tortured us like hell in the process.
