Support at Silicon House Hosting Company is very unprofessional. They close tickets without any resolutions, they change prices after sale, they end chats, they respond unprofessionally. To summarize, they dont value their customers as they must. They do have downtime, and guess what, they will not respond until downtime is over and then they will tell you it is working and simply deny any problem at their end.
Basically lack professionalism and ownership. They just want to do initial Sale and then its up to you how much youre tolerant to poor service standards.
