I am current evaluating the following plan for last one month. "Silicon House Windows Nano Reseller " and observed the following issues.
The in case of "so called" over usage on the one domain hosted under the reseller account, all the domains hosted under that reseller account are suspend.
With in the 20 days of evaluation I have faced this two times. almost 2.5 days of down time for the websites hosted under the reseller accounts without notice or without brief notification. In my case it was just 15 minutes notice.
This down times affects the mainly the email communication of the clients.Just image, how the hell it will be to face the clients in case of 2.5 days down time in their email.
It seems, Domain alias are not allowed under this package which is very odd in the field of hosting!
Personally I would not recommend this hosting package when the following points are important.
- Down time for email2. Down time for website3. Email alias needed.4. Want to utilize the space as shown in package marketing broaches.(Read the terms and condition. There are so many limitations and traps.)
