Imcompetent service provider

I took their Unlimited Linux Reseller Shared hosting package at a discounted price of Rs.2999/-. After hosting 2-3 domains I realized they have too many restrictions and then when I asked them for refund, they are refusing. Here are their absurd restrictions:




  • Cannot send email to more than 5 recipients in BCC! Can you believe this.




  • They blocked one of my client’s domain because he sent BCC to 20-30 people in a mail, well within their limit of 250(new limit!) or 500 emails an hour. When I raised a ticket, they didn’t know why the domain was not working for 2 days.




  • Cannot import 10, 000 records from a CSV file to a single MySQL database table. Import is not allowed in shared hosting. How will you load data for a simple dynamic website? No option! They took four days to tell me this restriction.




  • They DO NOT create aliases like cpanel.mydomain.com or webmail.mydomain.com for cpanel and webmail for each domain I setup. They don’t know how to do that.






I think they are an incompetent company who doesn’t know how to maintain their server. Neither they have the technical expertise nor do they understand how to manage and setup shared servers. I used shared servers from another provider but it never had these kind of absurd restrictions. They will give you discount once and then go back to normal price next year as somebody else pointed out.


Please DO NOT take server space from them either on server or cloud(Julycloud is their product). If you don’t get service and want to discontinue, you will not get a refund. They don’t have a concept of "Customer Service".


P.S. If anybody wants the ticket numbers for my issues as proof, I can provide although I don’t think you will be able to view them.
