Worst customer support

I purchased a plan on 15th Feb 2014. After that I faced lot many issues and contacted them to resolve, raised 3 tickets so that tech department help me properly but whenever I tried to chat with them they responded rarely.


I tried to make them understand that what issue I had but they were avoiding me n provoked me a lot. I spent almost 5 hours on call just to make them understand that I need to upload magento (CMS) but I am unable but they were transferring my call one to another. I explained my issue with almost 8 people on call but in response they said will cal back and didn’t. There is no one who can speak in Hindi. They said we have lots of customers and u spent only 2999 Rs. Cant serve you every time for that amount.


The customer service is the worst and don’t understand the query, now I only want my money back. I am sending this here just because I am not getting any response from anyone from customer care.
