Recent Java Conference on 8th Dec had no proper focus or agenda. There was no vision or mission at all. They arrange an event and call anyone who can speak something or anything.
They don’t care about quality. Their approach is no better than a street seller: sell anything and move on with whatever you make.
There are lot of curious people who are eager to pay and learn - target some. They target mostly newcomers in the industry and milk them.
Please save tech events. Gossip always sells, but this doesn’t add any value.
