I have been to Silicon Motors in Banashankri to service my Honda Dio, while servicing they asked me if I need Oil change and some anti-rust coating which I said no.
the next day to my surprise the service charge they told me was Rs.1500/-. When I asked for breakup the lady in reception told me to meet Advisor and that Advisor told me to meet reception if I need breakup details. WTF there is no coordination at all.
I got to know they changed break-pads and other expense but there were also other unnecessary expense which I was not aware of, Upon that I came to know that they have added Annual Maintenance Charges which I never asked for.
The Advisor and Reception team was forcing me that I need to opt for Annual Maintenance Contract which I straight away rejected, I asked them to prepare the bill without it and the final amount came to around Rs.1100. which I paid(Rs.400 unnecessary in the name of AMC)
