Hello friends, Today I share my experience about Silicon Power Diamond D10 500 GB External hard disk. This hard disk data transfer speed is very slow and many times this hard disk not connected my computer show errors. Its looking not handy it’s model is old fashion. Its body material is not good and hard , its use very carefully. When the hard disk not connected my computer then I call to service centre for the solution my problem, but they didn’t give me my solution. So there service support is not prompt and perfect. Overall this product market value is not perfect against its performance.
