I bought this hard disk 2 years ago. I bought this product because I found that the product has very classy shiny look. And has a compaqued design. And the specifications they provide are very good to hear and available at cheaper price as compared to other hard disks. The hard disk works just super till 2 months from purchase. But after that I found the overheating issue at down side. Then after the transferring speed is getting too slow. This HDD taking too much time than USB pen drive. Although the wifi connectivity is quite good but with very slow transferring speed. I decided to register complaint about this. I call the customer service but they did not received my call. I was helpless. I thought i’ve wasted my money. Please Don’t buy this product.
