Very poor service and staff and please don’t go to the hospital or trust the doctors here. I lost my dad, at this hospital in 2009. Even though it’s been a long time back, I still remember the pain that I and my family had to go through.

My dad got was sick and was getting treated by a well-known doctor there ( I assume he was the owner, but can’t be sure ). I told my dad not to go there, but he insisted as he trusted the doctor and said he will take good care of him. Upon arrival, no qualified doctor was available to check up on why his condition was not good. They had to call the main doctor every time to ask him questions and finally they admitted him. The nurses or other staff members were very rude and didn’t cared about the patient and were busy using their phones or watching something. Every time we told them when is the doctor coming they were like they are not sure.

For 2 days, no doctor came, and finally 3rd day the doctor that my dad trusted came and ordered some tests, by that time my dad’s condition was getting worst, coz he was not given anything to eat or drink except glucose with a drip. When the results came, and the doctor arrived in the evening, he advised about the infection and assured that he will be fine and nothing to worry about and left. Later the same night, my dad collapsed and my mother was alone with him in a hospital room, and she kept shouting that something happened. No one came, and then after a while, one of the nurses heard and suddenly rushed to the room and they took him to the ICU, where they put him on the ventilator and after a few hours we were told he is no more.

Even in the ICU, the doctor available was not sure what happened, it was like she just got a shock. None of the nurses or doctors were well prepared or I think were properly trained at this hospital ( I think only one ICU doctor was available at the whole hospital at that time, who didn’t have a clue of any other patients). Only one maid came to my mom and gave her comfort when this was going on. While this was going on, one staff member came to me and said to go pay the bill, so they can release the body and when the ambulance arrived at our house, they asked us to give back the white sheet that was wrapped around my dad’s body.

Like this was a joke to them, not their fault, but the hospital should have trained them to show some respect. If they were that worried about the sheet, they should have charged extra for it, in their bill, rather than embarrassment. I know my review is a little late, but it was my dad’s anniversary and I couldn’t stop posting this today.
