Hii I am going to share my own experience with Simpa. I worked in simpa from jan 2016 to apr 2017 as Customer Relationship Officer at Budaun branch. I can say that company is totally confused about it’s products. Because any of it’s product is not it’s own manufecturing. Simpa use to buy products from different companies and sell these to customer on lease on very high prices. It’s product is on very high prices. And simpa sells it’s product in rural areas. But same products are available in market on very lower prices so that Simpa has never achieved it’s sales targets. So that the investers of the company are going out and three of it’s branches has shut down.
Customers are also unsatishfied of it’s product and services.
And employees are also unsatishfied with the policies and working plan of the company. Company is going in a big loss so it is shuting down it’s branches and making out it’s employees.
