Air Deccan is probably one of the worst airlines I have ever flown. The airline may defend itself claiming to be a low cost carrier but having travelled a lot by Spicejet I don’t think it cheap airfare has to mean poor service. Not only are you treated like crap by all the staff but you are also made to wait for delayed or cancelled flights with no compensation or anything else given.
Not even an explanation besides "weve got some technical error". The bus that took us from the aircraft to the termianal didn’t have a window and because of that it was really loud and windy. The only thing which air deccan has in its favour is that it serves a lot of destinations and that may be an advantage though id recommend you travel by another airline if you can. Id recommend spicejet if you are on a budget.
